Credit card
We offer this service in cooperation with Authorize.net. We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover and Visa. When checking out, select payment by credit card, enter your credit card details and confirm your purchase. The charge will be made immediately.
Important: The same billing and shipping address is required for orders over $200.00.
Sezzle
Sezzle is an exclusive payment method for our S&B US Shop and a flexible solution that allows you to "buy now, pay later." It enables you to split your purchase into four equal, interest-free payments over 6 weeks. To complete your S&B purchase with Sezzle, simply select the "Sezzle" option at checkout, follow the instructions on the Sezzle page, and pay in four convenient installments. Refunds after returns or cancellations
Storz & Bickel America, Inc. offers returns on unused/unopened items received back within 60 days of purchase. There is a $25.00 restocking fee on Vaporizer returns. STORZ & BICKEL does not refund any shipping fees. Further information can be found in our General Terms and Conditions.
2. Shipping
The shipping costs will be displayed on the order form. From an order value of $60.00 we deliver orders free of shipping costs. If your order value is lower than the indicated amount, shipping costs of $8.00 will be charged.
Important: Adult signature (21 and older) is required for all orders over $200.00. Full name is required for the order to be shipped out. No PO Boxes as ship to address for orders over $200.00.
