The Easy Valve Balloon Adapter is an item introduced to make exchanging the Easy Valve Balloons possible. The adapter is an integrated part of the Easy Valve, which allows you to pull off the used balloon and attach a new one as described in the Easy Valve Quick Start Manual.
The Filling Chamber Reducer is intended for vaporizing small amounts of herbs or for the use of the Dosing Capsules. The Filling Chamber Reducer is inserted into the Filling Chamber Housing instead of the cylinder.
Yes, the Dosing Capsules can be used in the Volcano in combination with the Easy Valve Filling Chamber Reducer.
A hint on how you may use the Solid Valve System in an optimum way: Before putting the Solid Valve Balloon on the Filling Chamber, stretch the balloon upwards so that it extends vertically from the Volcano as the balloon fills. We also recommend turning off the air when the balloon is 90% filled to avoid back pressure. For pictures and tips about the best Solid Valve performance, please refer to the Instructions for Use under Download, listed below. We recommend using the Easy Valve System for an improved performance.
We as the manufacturer are responsible for the safe operation of our products. Due to our liability, we do not sell technical parts for our Vaporizers nor provide technical specifications. Any repairs not executed by our repair service violate our warranty guidelines. Therefore, we have to ask you to send in your machine for repair.

Yes. If the Mighty is operated while plugged in, the batteries will be bypassed. Therefore, the Mighty can be used even with completely drained batteries if it is plugged in and switched on.
You should store the Mighty at standard ambient temperature approx. 68°F, no frost, no direct sunlight, and keep it dry. If the device is not used for a longer time, you should store it at a battery capacity of between 20 % and 80 %.

When using the Mighty it is best to drain the batteries until about 20 % capacity, which is one battery bar and then recharge them fully. From time to time, it makes sense to drain them all the way and then recharge them fully; this will adjust the battery capacity and keep the battery gauge correct. If the Mighty is operated while plugged in, the batteries will be bypassed. Therefore, the MIGHTY can be used even with completely drained batteries if it is plugged in and switched on.
The Mighty, as well as the Crafty and the Plenty, functions with a patented combination of full hot air convection heating and additional conduction so that the air is already heated when it flows into the heated-up Filling Chamber and ensures an immediate and continuous vaporizing. The additional benefit of the heated Filling Chamber is that the material to be vaporized is already heated up and vaporization takes place on the first draw.
Remove the lower Filling Chamber Screen out of the Filling Chamber by using a pair of tweezers or a pair of pointed pliers. Insert a new screen and take care that the edges of the screen lock in place into the groove provided.
A battery's lifetime is limited. After hundreds of charging cycles there will be a decrease in performance. This is the case with any battery, though we tried to prolong battery life as much as possible with the help of a sophisticated battery management. We do offer a service for a reasonable price. It includes the replacement of the battery and exchange of all wear and tear components like seals and screens.

Please make sure to free your Cooling Unit and Filling Chamber from any resin by cleaning it as described in the Instructions for Use. If the Cooling Unit is clean and the issue persists, please remove the Cooling Unit from the base and press a finger on the hole where the air flows through, it should be sealed. Please inhale through the Mouthpiece. If you feel an airstream, the Cooling unit might be leaking and you will need a replacement.

Yes, definitely. The Crafty is a one button device. The Crafty Remote Control App is not necessary for operating the vaporizer as this works perfectly with the default settings: basic temperature is 356°F and booster temperature is 383°F. However, with the app you can set the basic and booster temperature, change the LED brightness, switch the vibration signal on and off, read the battery status, reference the operating time, and much more.

The temperature of the Crafty can be set by using the free Crafty Remote Control App. For connecting to the app, you need a Bluetooth Low Energy smartphone on which the app acts as a Crafty display. The app is not necessary for operating the Vaporizer as this works perfectly with the default settings: basic temperature is 356°F and booster temperature is 383°F.

First of all please reset the Crafty by pressing the button for 10 seconds. Then please try the following steps to establish a connection: Switch off Crafty for 5 minutes or more. Switch off Wi-Fi on your smartphone. Switch off Bluetooth on your smartphone. Switch off smartphone and restart. Switch on Bluetooth with Wi-Fi still switched off. Open the Crafty Remote Control App, switch on Crafty to connect. Please assure that no other Bluetooth device is connected to your smartphone. If the serial number of your Crafty consists of letters and numbers, please try typing the big letter O instead of the number 0 and the other way around.

Please try charging the Crafty through a different USB cable from a device like a computer. This way you can determine whether the unit or the charger is defective. If the charger is faulty, you will need a replacement Crafty Power Adapter.

If this does not help, please reset your Crafty by pressing the On-Off-Button for 10 seconds or via the Crafty Remote Control app.

Spare parts are wear and tear parts, which are not covered by our warranty. You will find all spare parts in our online store.
The warranty covers manufacturer defects within the warranty period. The warranty is 3 years with the Volcano and the Plenty and 2 years with the Mighty and the Crafty. The warranty will be valid for any original Storz & Bickel Vaporizer, regardless of where it was purchased. Defects due to normal use or wear are not covered by the warranty. Parts subject to wear such as batteries, screens, and similar are excluded from the warranty.
The proof of warranty for the Vaporizer is your invoice or sales slip showing the date of purchase. We do not have an extra warranty card in the box and you do not have to register for it.
The warranty will be valid for any original Storz & Bickel Vaporizer, regardless of where it was purchased.

Pricelist

If your country is not listed at the checkout, please make sure that you are in the correct store. In most cases, you will find your country by switching to either the EU store or the US store.
The delivery time depends on your destination country. Standard shipments are usually carried out by UPS, however, we reserve the right to choose a different parcel service according to the destination country.
