We are pleased that you wish to register with Storz & Bickel - Affiliate. Participation with Storz & Bickel - Affiliate is free of charge - the following conditions apply:

• The statements made in the registration must be complete and true. If your personal data should change, you must update the changes without delay in the Storz & Bickel Partner Zone. 
• The partner is only entitled to use the contents provided by Storz & Bickel - Affiliate for the purposes for which they were intended. This applies above all to the promotional material provided. The partner's own promotional material for winning customers in the context of the partner program may only be used in accordance with the prior written consent of Storz & Bickel - Affiliate.
  
• Commission will be paid by transfer once a month and if there is a credit balance of at least 25.00.- USD gross. You may not purchase products for your own use or on behalf of your friends, relatives or associates in any manner. Such purchases may result (in our sole descretion) in the withholding of referral fees and/or the termination of this agreement.
• If you are a VAT-paying business, after registration please send us proof that you are a VAT-paying business (form UST 1 TN) by fax or post. In that event, commission payments will be made including the Value Added Tax, but otherwise excluding Value Added Tax. The partner is aware that commission is generally taxable.
  
• The partner undertakes to win business for Storz & Bickel - Affiliate on his/her own responsibility and observing the applicable regulations and laws and observing the rules of legal competition and of good practice. Thus for instance trying to win business with spam emails and other improper methods is not permitted. Promotion is to be arranged in such a way that the customer can apply to buy for independent reasons of their own and voluntarily. In particular, any form of pressurised promotion, pressure to sign, offer of a bonus or similar forms of improper promotion by the partner is not permitted. You may not purchase products for your own use of for resale or any other commercial activities. All Affiliate activities have to be transparent and identifiable as a third party promotion.
• In the event of breach of these rules, we reserve the right to block the account. This entails the loss of the claim for commission and any further claims for damages.
• All content is provided without a guarantee. We can give no guarantee and accept no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any content. Storz & Bickel - Affiliate is liable only in the event of a deliberate act and gross negligence if there is any breach of major duties concerning life and bodily health. Liability for minor negligence and negligence is in any case excluded. In addition, liability for more remote consequential and direct damage caused by negligence is excluded.
